Primal Instinct Coach is a well-established security training company with years of experience in the industry. We have successfully trained and certified numerous security professionals, ranging from law enforcement agencies and corporate entities to educational institutions and government organizations. Our team comprises highly qualified instructors and subject matter experts who possess extensive practical experience in the security domain.
Background & Experience
My name is Antonio Oliveira. I have over 10 years of experience within the Israeli Close Quarter Combatives (Krav Maga/KAPAP).
I hold various International Kapap Federation (IKF) diplomas as a qualified civilian, tactical instructor and close protection officer.
I’m also a Certified Conflict Management Trainer, First Person On Scene and Animal Flow instructor.
What makes me unique?
My main goal here at Primal Instinct Coach is to show you that personal safety can be simple and is not merely about a martial art technique or physical skill, but involves taking a more holistic approach.
The simple fact is that by using a set of basic techniques that include awareness, avoidance, planning and communication, you can ensure your safety in almost all situations without needing to resort to physical means.
I truly believe that applying a physical skill or technique to a problem should be the last resort, and that the majority of situations can be made safe by applying these basic techniques.
The one area most people neglect is their fitness and mobility which is a critical component when it comes to their personal safety. I believe we need to be fit to fight and fit to escape.
As a certified Animal Flow Instructor my goal will be to make you more mobile, get in better shape with "Real World" Strength and Athletic Performance.
